Superintendent - Mixed Commercial

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget and timeline adherence.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff to achieve project goals effectively.
