Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
  • Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards
  • Implement project plans and schedules
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts
  • Monitor construction progress regularly and report to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality construction standards are met

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
