This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee all field operations for a single multifamily construction project (typically $60M-$200M in value).Manage daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Monitor project schedules, quality control, and material deliveries.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent to drive project success.Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
