Job Description

  • Manage and supervise construction activities to ensure successful completion of large-scale multi-family and commercial construction projects. Project values will range from $30M - $100M+
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays efficiently
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with the project management team to meet project goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree preferred but not required
  • +/- 5-10 years of industry experience
  • General Contractor or Builder/Developer background
  • Demonstrated history of overseeing large-scale multi-family and/or commercial construction projects in excess of $30M
  • Strong tenure at current and previous employers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other scheduling software
