Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Boston, MA

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to meet design specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and team members.
