Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Multifamily project experience preferred (if not multifamily, experience in at least one of their other markets served)
  • Ground up project experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to enforcing them on-site.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with a proactive approach.
