Superintendent - Multifamily - Growing General Contractor

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure project schedules and milestones are met.
• Oversee quality control to maintain high construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and site logs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
