My client is looking for a strong leader who will supervise day to day construction activities and quality control of all subcontractors.
Job Description
My Client is looking for a Superintendent to:
- Effectively communicate project information to superiors
- Monitor site safety protocols
- Assist with field office document control
- Monitor and track site deliveries
- Check all materials, equipment, and installation are in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents

The Successful Applicant
A successful Candidate for my Client must have:
- 5+ experience in multifamily builds and construction
- Thorough knowledge of standards, specifications, regulations, laws, and codes
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
