Job Description

  • Oversee daily field activities on a mid‑rise multifamily jobsite, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and schedule updates.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards while promoting a clean, well‑organized jobsite.
  • Solve field issues proactively to keep the project on schedule and within quality expectations.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager on schedule management, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Lead punch‑list, quality control, and final turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial or multifamily projects.
  • Proven background with mid‑rise, podium, or similar‑scale residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of structural systems, building envelopes, MEP coordination, and multifamily interior finishes.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships on a busy jobsite.
  • Solid understanding of Florida building codes and inspection processes.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
