The candidate should have experience with various stages of construction, from site preparation to final walkthroughs, and be adept at quality control.The role requires a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the build meets exacting standards. The candidate must also excel at troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly, whether they relate to delays, material shortages, or construction challenges.Ideally, the candidate will have specific experience managing multifamily or Townhome residential projects, ensuring that the level of quality and finish required for upscale developments is met.The candidate should be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with clients, developers, architects, and subcontractors.
