Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction efforts.
Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Prepare and submit progress reports, documenting milestones and addressing any challenges.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to minimize project disruptions.
Ensure quality control measures are met throughout all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and project management.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
