Superintendent - Municipal

• Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams to achieve project goals.
