Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction operations on municipal/public projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local government, engineers, and subcontractors, to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Conduct quality inspections to confirm all work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.
