Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to project managers
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and logs
  • Assist in planning and sequencing work to optimize efficiency
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
