You will oversee everything from project initiation to completion, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Job DescriptionLead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety standards.Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials while overseeing the quality of work on-site.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Monitor project progress, produce daily reports, and address any issues that arise.Collaborate with Project Managers to communicate project milestones, progress, and any adjustments.Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets the required specifications and standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other key project stakeholders.Supervise and lead on-site personnel, ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively toward project goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
