With ~120 employees across office and field operations, they deliver high-quality ground-up projects typically ranging from $2M-$20M.They continue to grow regionally, securing a substantial pipeline that includes automotive programs, hospitality work across NH & ME, and expanding partnerships with a major defense contractorJob DescriptionAs a Superintendent, you will:Lead field operations for ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $2M-$20M.Manage subcontractors, daily site activities, schedule coordination, and jobsite safety.Oversee quality control, inspections, and compliance with local and state building codes.Partner closely with the Senior Superintendent (your direct manager) to maintain schedule and budget targets.Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Assist with project documentation, including daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and safety reporting.Represent the company on job sites across MA, NH, ME, and RI-with occasional travel receiving additional compensation and per diem.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
