Superintendent - North of Boston - Design Build

The Superintendent - North of Boston - Design Build will be responsible for:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and material deliveries
• Maintain daily logs, monitor job progress, and provide consistent reporting to project management
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and cleanliness in accordance with company standards
• Schedule and conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project schedule, RFI responses, and change orders
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field before they affect schedule or budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors and the client's representatives
