Job Description



  • Oversee daily site operations on gut rehab projects.


  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure timely performance.


  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company procedures.


  • Review drawings and specifications to resolve conflicts.


  • Coordinate work in occupied and vacant buildings.


  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.


  • Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and project teams.

The Successful Applicant



  • The ideal Superintendent is an experienced field leader with a background in gut rehabs and multifamily projects. They thrive in complex environments, anticipate challenges, and are skilled at maintaining order and safety on fast-paced, high-demand sites. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential.


    • 7+ years superintendent experience in construction.


    • Proven track record in gut rehabs and/or multifamily housing.


    • OSHA 30 certification required.


    • Ability to manage trades in occupied rehab environments.


    • Strong scheduling, organizational, and leadership skills.


    • Excellent communication with clients, subs, and internal teams.
