Superintendent - Pharma/ Life Sciences - Projects off 495 belt

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards on the job site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes to deliver projects to the highest standard.
