Job Description

Superintendent - Public Projects up to $35M- Hanover, MA - Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize critical path scheduling systems and technology to manage project schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Public Projects up to $35M- Hanover, MA - Will have

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in public infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
