Superintendent - Public Sector

• Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Develop and manage 4-week look - ahead and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee the quality of construction work to meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to address any challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
