Job Description

Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce proper safety protocols on-site.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
Monitor and manage material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding project status.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring smooth operations.
