Superintendent - Residential Construction - MA

• Manage day-to-day operations on residential construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement work schedules.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and logs.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
