Job Description

Manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations on-site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to address any issues or changes.
Oversee material procurement and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Lead and mentor site staff to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Michael Page Superintendent should have:

Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the Property industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction software and tools is a plus.
