MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractorOSHA certification (preferred)Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a large teamExperience with healthcare projects is requiredProven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sitesWorking knowledge of field construction: systems, practices, safety and procedures.
