Superintendent / Structural Superintendent - Greensboro, NC

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site in Greensboro, NC.
• Ensure projects are completed within the set timelines and budget.
• Manage all concrete, steel frame, and structural components of the build.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality across the project.
• Partner directly with the General Superintendent to maintain project momentum and standards.
• Drive construction delivery for one of the most significant developments coming to downtown Greensboro.
