This company is planning on growing their staff by double this year and is looking for the leadership of the future of their company.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Industrial Projects will be responsible for:Reporting to VP of Operations on large ground up Industrial projectsResponsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specificationsBuilding the schedule and coordinating all subcontractorsWork with the project management team to maintain the project's scheduleEnsuring quality control on various aspects of the projectMaintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintainedMaintain and review the safety plan as needed to ensure the project site is up to company standardMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
