Job Description

Tenant improvement Superintendent responsibilities include:

  • Position based in Seattle.
  • Oversee multiple commercial tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
  • Take responsibility for the on-site construction of assigned projects including:
  • Coordinating subcontractors or multi-primes
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors
  • Managing and supervising self-performed work items
  • Processing requests for clarifications
  • Updating as-built drawings
  • Tracking costs and other items required to properly supervise the construction process
  • Developing initial project schedule and update on regular basis throughout the project

The Successful Applicant

Ideal tenant improvement Superintendent profile:

  • Experience overseeing and leading multiple commercial tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience
  • High school diploma

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Position based in Seattle.
