If you are seeking an opportunity in the local Nashville market long-term, and have the tilt-up experience as outlined in this job description, I encourage you to APPLY NOW and explore this unique opportunity further.Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage daily field operational activities, timelines and manage safety by actively walking the site, participating in inspections, training and meeting with staff and subcontractors regularly.Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of work delivery.Participate in monitoring and updating project schedule and budget with Project ManagersCoordinate with subcontractors' office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontractors to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and assist in removing barriers to complete work in a timely fashion.Review drawings for accuracyReview contract and Exhibit B's and ensure work performed by subs is accurate.Record and maintain information such as personnel, production, project logs, and other operational data.Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and working with the office to keep client relations on a high note.Cooperate, communicate, and collaborate with Project Managers and other company peers as project progresses.
