Job Description

Lead all on-site construction operations for a ground-up tilt-wall aviation facility.
Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
Enforce project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Conduct weekly progress meetings and daily site walks.
Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the field.
Manage inspections, testing, and jurisdictional requirements.
Partner closely with the Project Manager to control schedule, costs, and logistics.
Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and look-ahead schedules.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.
Aviation, industrial, or large commercial project experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of concrete, tilt-panel sequencing, structural systems, and site logistics.
Ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving schedules in fast-paced environments.
Experience working in the South Florida construction market is a plus.
