Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction operations for a ground-up tilt-wall aviation facility.


  • Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.


  • Enforce project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.


  • Conduct weekly progress meetings and daily site walks.


  • Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the field.


  • Manage inspections, testing, and jurisdictional requirements.


  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to control schedule, costs, and logistics.


  • Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and look-ahead schedules.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.


  • Aviation, industrial, or large commercial project experience is strongly preferred.


  • Strong knowledge of concrete, tilt-panel sequencing, structural systems, and site logistics.


  • Ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.


  • In-depth understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety.


  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving schedules in fast-paced environments.


  • Experience working in the South Florida construction market is a plus.
