Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a culture of job-site safety.
Ensure tilt-wall installation and warehouse construction adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
Manage inspections, scheduling, and reporting to ensure efficient project progress.
Serve as the primary on-site leader, providing clear direction to the field team and resolving challenges proactively.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in tilt-wall warehouse construction.
Strong understanding of tilt-wall installation, site development, and industrial project management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schedules, and safety regulations.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and ensuring seamless coordination on-site.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail.
