Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Superintendent | Ground-Up Commercial | Houston

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Drive schedules and maintain quality control throughout the build

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent | Ground-Up Commercial | Houston

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Background in ground-up municipal, K-12, or tilt-wall projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
