• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among all team members on-site.
