Their biggest selling point is the strong company culture and opportunity to provide above-market bonuses given the small amount of overhead and high demand for their services.Job DescriptionThe WWTP Superintendent will:Oversee daily on-site operations for civil-focused construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively.Resolve on-site challenges swiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, and unforeseen obstacles.Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site logs.Lead site meetings and provide clear communication to teams regarding project updates and priorities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
