A large, established General Contractor with a strong suburban presence, this firm specializes in interior build-outs, office renovations, and corporate TI projects. They are known for delivering projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Job Description

  • Oversee all onsite construction operations for TI projects in the Northwest Suburbs.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Drive onsite safety culture and enforce OSHA standards.
  • Manage daily reports, inspections, and quality control.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Management and building personnel.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at high-quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors or Tenant Improvement.
  • Strong track record of delivering fast-paced office build-outs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams simultaneously.
  • Experience with Procore or similar field software preferred.
