Superintendent

• Oversee all phases of tenant improvement construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed project reports for management and clients.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a high standard of quality control throughout all project phases.
