They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure project success.Job DescriptionSite Management:Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring work is executed according to project plans and specifications.Manage multiple on-site activities while maintaining a clear focus on project timelines and quality standards.Team Coordination:Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.Safety & Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and construction regulations (local, state, and federal).Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.Quality Control:Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid project delays.Schedule & Budget Management:Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers to ensure timely delivery.Monitor resource usage to help keep the project within budgetary constraints.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed daily reports, progress logs, and project documentation.Communicate project status, potential issues, and updates to project management and stakeholders.Problem Solving:Identify potential delays or problems early and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute effective solutions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
