Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations and partner closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality project delivery.

  • Lead and manage all day‑to‑day onsite construction activities
  • Own, update, and maintain the project schedule (P6 experience preferred)
  • Drive productivity, trade coordination, and accountability across all subcontractors
  • Oversee jobsite safety, inspections, and compliance
  • Work with project leadership to maintain cost, quality, and schedule targets
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Strong background in multifamily construction
  • Proven experience with wood‑frame projects
  • Stable career history with solid tenure in prior roles
  • Ability to read schedules, manage trades, and run field operations independently
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, ideally Primavera P6
  • Strong leadership, communication, and onsite problem‑solving skills
