In addition to delivering luxury interior finishes, they are experts in complex foundation work, including underpinning and benching. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and oversee foundation and structural work, as well as high-end interior renovations.Job DescriptionYour rersponsibilites as a Superintendent include:Oversee all phases of construction, from demolition and structural work to luxury interior finishes.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers on-site.Ensure underpinning, benching, and other foundation work are executed safely and per NYC building codes.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure efficiency and cost control.Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to address challenges and keep projects on track.Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, progress reports, and any unforeseen conditions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
