We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team and lead high-value commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of a Construction Superintendent are:Project Leadership: Lead and manage large commercial construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Team Management: Supervise and direct the daily activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.Quality Control: Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project and resolve any issues that arise to maintain project integrity.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.Budget Oversight: Monitor and control project budgets, including managing costs and ensuring that financial targets are met.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Safety Compliance: Oversee all site activities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.Problem-Solving: Quickly identify project challenges and work with the team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
