Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any delays promptly.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel
