Superintendent

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status and updates.
• Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams, fostering a productive work environment.
