Job Description

  • Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently.
  • Manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinating tasks and verifying work quality.
  • Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target.
  • Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards.
  • Make on‑site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly.
  • Work on an exciting backlog of work in Indy

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience running ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Experience working on ground up builds $20MM+
  • Industrial experience preferred
  • Ability to be client facing and the face of the client
  • Strong communicator that can build strong relationships
  • Track record of delivering complex projects
  • Collaborative team member
  • Detail-driven
