Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to the construction site.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all aspects of construction.
  • Provide regular project updates and address any issues or delays promptly.
