Churches, medical offices, warehouses and breaking into the Multifamily spaceRevenue : $75MNotes: : all work is negotiatedJob DescriptionOwn the on-site duties of the project; Safety, Schedule, Coordination, Quality, and CloseoutAs the onsite Qualified Safety-Lead, implement the company Safety ProgramImplement the TQM Process Develop and maintain the project master schedule consistent with the customer contract.Schedule subcontractors/suppliers.Schedule equipment, tools, and material deliveries for the project.Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and distribute on a weekly basis.Maintain daily reports through electronic system including detailed write-ups of each subcontractors' actions onsite, manpower, equipment, weather, deliveries, progress and any other pertinent information by 8am the following day.Includes photo documentation daily. Coordinate the project through verbal and follow-up written communications.Clear verbal communications with all individualsClear written communications through emails or daily reportsFacilitate a weekly coordination meeting with all subcontractors onsite including those scheduled to be onsite within two weeks.Keep meeting minutes of and distribute weekly.
