Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure construction projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to address project needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
