Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges to maintain project efficiency.
