Job Description

Oversee all on-site functionality and manage subcontractors.

Serve as the leader of all on-site functionality as well as ensure safety and efficiency relative to the project time line.

The Successful Applicant

A highly experienced and hands-on construction superintendent that is able to run a successful job-site.

Leadership ability, knowledge of construction sites and safety protocol.

Ability to manage multiple teams efficiently and work in conjunction with subcontractors.
