About Our Client

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage on-site personnel and resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a construction superintendent, preferably in the commercial construction sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
