Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for townhome projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase of the project.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular site safety inspections.
Monitor project budgets and control costs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to report on project progress and address any issues.
Conduct final inspections and ensure the successful handover of completed townhomes to clients.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, maintaining a positive working environment.
Ensure all project documentation, including permits, inspections, and change orders, is completed and filed appropriately.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Construction Management or related field. (or relevant industry experience)
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
